Serinyà is located in the north of the Pla de l’Estany comarca, directly on the border with the Garrotxa comarca, in the lower course of the Ser River where it joins the Fluvià.
Culture
The Parc de les Coves Prehistòriques de Serinyà features a permanent exhibition that reconstructs the everyday life of Upper Palaeolithic big-game hunters and displays reproductions of some of the remains found in the caves.

The Sant Galderic circular route follows flat forest paths through the open Pla de Martís plain.
