Culture and History

The parish church of La Vega de San Mateo is a building with two naves and a central bell structure designed by José Luján Pérez. The bell was sent from Cuba by Canarian emigrants from this town four years after the church was built.

The La Caldereta Exhibition Hall is located in a former single-family house dating from the first half of the 19th century.
