The Fiesta de Viñeros is celebrated in Moclinejo every year on the second Sunday in September, after the grape harvest has been completed, and is recognised as an event of provincial tourist interest. Tastings of typical products such as Moscatel wine, gazpacho and roscos are also offered at the Fiesta de Viñeros.

The Casa Museo Axarquía in El Valdés pays tribute to local tradition and crafts, as well as the artistic work of Antonio Montañez. It was built largely from reused demolition materials and houses between 100 and 150 works of art.

A Certamen de Verdiales is held annually in Moclinejo. Picapedreros Park has a play area for children. A special route for children leads, using clues, to the home of Ratoncito Pérez.

Getting There
