The cadastral area of Spišské Hanušovce includes the protected zone of Pieniny National Park, where the second level of nature protection applies. St Andrew’s Church was originally a Gothic church from the 14th century. Its main altar is late Baroque and dates from 1740. It is the only church in the Zamagurie region oriented towards the west.

The Chapel of Saint Barbara has stood on the site of an older wooden chapel since 1803. It has three altars: one dedicated to Saint Barbara, one to the Virgin Mary and one to Saint Adalbert.

The manor house of Spišské Hanušovce is a Classicist building from the first half of the 19th century, with a tympanum on the central risalit of the main façade.
