The Capela do Senhor dos Passos features gilded wood carvings, a rounded ceiling and a transitional style from Rococo to Neoclassicism. The Torrinha do Castelo, also known as Torre da Laranjinha, is a small chapel that, according to tradition, is connected to the origins of Vila de Cabeção. Its simple square layout comprises four arches.

Wine and Regional Cuisine

Vinho de Talha is one of the area’s defining culinary features. Its production is listed in the National Inventory of Portugal’s Intangible Cultural Heritage. On the Rota das Adegas, participants were guided through four to seven wineries, depending on the route chosen; they learned about their history, experienced the traditional production process at close quarters and tasted the wine with regional snacks. Adega do Teso offers guided cellar tours with wine tastings and regional snacks, and accepts groups for the grape harvest by prior arrangement.
