In 1892, a Baroque family chapel-mausoleum of the Ostrowski family, designed by the architect Konstanty Wojciechowski, was added to the church. The church contains a Rococo pulpit brought from Italy between 1810 and 1818, has Rococo altars and an Ostrowski Chapel. As a Baroque church, St. Wojciech also has a bell tower built in the 18th century in the Neoclassical style.

The St. Anna Cemetery Chapel is protected under the heritage register.
