The route is also known as the “Museo Diffuso Alta Via del Tabacco” and connects higher-altitude settlements and tobacco terraces. It can be divided into three sections, each of which can be arranged as a circular route: to do so, descend into the valley and return to the starting point along the Brenta River. Churches, chapels and art in Campolongo

The cultural heritage includes several religious buildings. The Church of Beata Vergine del Carmelo was built between the late 18th and early 19th centuries, is designed in the Neoclassical style and has two symmetrically arranged Romanesque bell towers. The Church of Madonna del Carmine was begun in 1793 according to designs by the Bassano-born architect Antonio Gaidon, in the Neoclassical style. It contains an altarpiece of the Assumption of Mary by Giambattista Canale, as well as a ceiling fresco. It also houses wooden sculptures, including a statue of Madonna del Carmine and a crucifix, as well as an original two-part baptismal font made of Asiago stone with a decorated pyramidal cover.

The church of Campolongo is the newest of the seven chapels built in the area of the Campese monastery. From the Piazza in Campolongo, a path leads uphill to the clearly visible Cappella degli Alpini. Masses are held in the Church of Madonna del Carmine on Saturday, 29 August 2026, at 6:30 p.m., and on Sunday, 30 August 2026, at 10:00 a.m. A two-weekend programme of folkloric, sporting and liturgical events has also been announced for the Festa in Brenta.
