Monuments and Local Remembrance
The Bolgár kertész emlékmű stands in the front garden of Bárczay Castle and is the first monument to Bulgarian gardeners in Central Europe. It commemorates the Bulgarian gardeners who lived and worked there from the first third of the 20th century. The 1848-as emlékmű was erected in 1867 and commemorates the victorious Battle of Zsolca and the victims who fell; it is located at the burial site in Felsőzsolca.
Cycle to Miskolc
A cycling route connects Miskolc and Felsőzsolca. A section within Felsőzsolca’s administrative area runs along a flood-protection embankment.
