The developed main passage of Abaligeti-barlang is 466 metres long and can be explored on foot in everyday clothing.

The Denevér E-tanösvény educational trail offers a large loop with 13 stations covering 5 km and taking 3 hours, a medium loop with 7 stations covering 3 km and taking 2 hours, and a small loop with 5 stations covering 2 km and taking 1 hour. In the West Mecsek Landscape Protection Area, the educational trail provides information on geological features, karst phenomena, wildlife, the effects of various forms of land management on nature, the natural regeneration of the forest, and soil erosion processes around Abaligeti-barlang.

Lakes

At the smaller lake, Abaligeti csónakázótó, next to the cave entrance, visitors can go boating and pedal boating.

The larger lake, Abaligeti horgásztó, on the opposite side of the road from the car park, is a popular fishing spot.

Jakab-hegy, Tubes, Kőlyuk and Misina are located in the surroundings of Abaliget.

The Duna-Drava National Park is also located in the surroundings of Abaliget.
