At the nature oasis, a path connects the two circular areas. The walk-through wooden mill has a seat for children. Three large information boards cover the mill, the park’s avenue trees, the birdhouse, nesting boxes and hedges. Five small information boards focus on a millstone, a baking recipe, two puzzles and a specimen tree. This brings general park themes together with individual, more specifically named details across the grounds.
There are two benches in the park for a break, and a waste bin is located at the park entrance. A separate place of remembrance is situated in the centre of Saara, near the church. Cycling and other routes in the Nobitz travel destination

Culture and architecture in Nobitz
The Flugwelt Altenburg-Nobitz Museum offers a distinctive perspective on regional history in the Nobitz travel destination: it presents the history of the airfield and aviation topics through a wide range of exhibits. The collection includes, among other things, a MiG-21 SPS and a Breguet BR1150 “Atlantic”. The museum is open from April to October on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 10 am to 5 pm; check the opening hours again before your visit.
The churches in the municipality of Nobitz also each have distinctive interiors, histories and features. Mockern Church houses a carved Madonna. Zürchau Church has tracery windows dating from the time of its construction, while Maltis Church has a round-arched portal and a sunburst door. In Saara, the church tower clock face bears the words “Make use of time” instead of numerals.
