The Stormarn Tour 22 is a 31-kilometer cycling route starting at S Reinbek. It offers views of the landscape in the Billetal valley and around the Klingeberg. Its return route follows the Bille and offers the opportunity to swim at Tonteich.

Reinbek Castle Park contains a valuable collection of mature trees, including small-leaved lindens, large-leaved lindens, Hungarian silver lindens, pedunculate oaks, sessile oaks, and red oaks. The park offers a setting for walks with broad tree canopies, sightlines, and reflections in the Mühlenteich.

The Sachsenwald and the Stormarn landscape form the wider surroundings for walks and cycling tours from Reinbek, while Reinbek Castle is a local cultural landmark. The edge of the Sachsenwald extends to Reinbek town center and can be reached on foot from the S-Bahn station.
