The grounds of the Seifhennersdorf windmill include a glamping meadow and a bathing pond. Cultural events take place there, and regional specialities are also offered. The KiEZ Querxenland is a holiday camp in Seifhennersdorf with sports fields and other leisure facilities.

The border crossings from Seifhennersdorf facilitate excursions and hikes to the Bohemian Switzerland National Park and the North Bohemian volcanic landscape of the Lusatian Mountains.
