A local network of cycling and hiking trails crosses gentle hills covered with vineyards. A well-developed network of cycle paths allows visitors to explore the surrounding area and the wider regional surroundings. The vineyard landscape of hills and valleys is suitable for hiking. Views from the heights may include the Odenwald, the Taunus and the Donnersberg.
The water reservoir is a local landmark at one of the highest-developed points in Rheinhessen.
