The Römerweg trail leads through the forest to the site of a Roman villa. Remains of a hypocaust heating system, coins and foundations were found there; the trail then continues to a Roman burial mound.

The STRÖHER circular trail is a hiking path through the meadows and forests of the municipality. Its focus is the life of the painter Friedrich-Karl-Ströher, who was born in Irmenach and later died there.

Irmenach's historical heritage includes a Protestant parish church dating from 1870–72 with a tower dated 1642, as well as a war memorial from 1921 created by Friedrich Karl Ströher. This is complemented by the protected historic centre of Irmenach-Beuren, with predominantly 19th-century houses, exposed half-timbering and slate-clad buildings.
