Heinade is located between Dassel, Holzminden and Stadtoldendorf, on the eastern edge of the Solling-Vogler Nature Park. Anyone wishing to rent a holiday apartment in Heinade can then continue searching for accommodation.
Heinade is located in the headwaters of the Spüligbach, a northwestern tributary of the Ilme. Heinade lies north of the Solling, south-southwest of the Holzberg and west of the Amtsberge. Heinade's first documented mention that can be verified dates from around 1300; in early documents, the place was recorded as Heina. Heinade was a state-recognized health resort until the end of 2010.
