Osten: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Osten-Hemmoor transporter bridge is an open-air museum. Its 90-metre-long steel truss spans the Oste, while the gondola crosses above the river water without touching it. Museum rides on the transporter bridge are offered between April and October.

The Osten-Hemmoor transporter bridge is part of the German Ferry Route from Bremervörde to Kiel and the Oste Cycle Route from Tostedt to Balje. Parking is available at the transporter bridge in Osten.
