Explore the Mainspitze and the Old Rhine

The Veloroute Rhein runs directly through Ginsheim-Gustavsburg. A cycling variant of the Regionalpark circular route passes over Nonnenau Island. On the other side of the Old Rhine, the route crosses meadows and follows the dike back north; shortly before Bauschheim, it rejoins the Regionalpark route.
