The Château de Montmeilleur is a fortified house whose construction phases span the 16th to the 19th century. It was the setting for numerous scenes in Jean Giono’s “Un roi sans divertissement.” The façades and roofs were partially protected as a historic monument by decree of December 31, 1979.
