Le Pont-De-Beauvoisin: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
Le Pont-De-Beauvoisin has a local history in which the Guiers and a former border play a central role. Following the Treaty of Paris of 1355, the Guiers formed the border between Dauphiné and Savoie for five centuries. The treaty concluded on 24 February 1376 divided Pont de Beauvoisin into two independent towns for several centuries.

Culture
The Église des Carmes was built between 1419 and 1497. Pilgrims came to the Fontaine Saint-Félix for its water and to honour Saint Félix; the church was intended to house some of his relics.
The Pont François Ier connects the two towns of Pont-de-Beauvoisin across the former border. There used to be a customs post at the Pont François Ier, where a toll was charged for crossing the border.
