The Église Saint-Cirice is a small gem of Romanesque art dating from the 12th century. In 1179, it was one of the properties of the Saint-Chaffe Abbey of Monastier. Exhibitions of paintings and sculptures were held there and in the village hall of Saint-Cirgues-de-Prades.

Hiking
The “Autour du volcan” hiking route begins in Saint-Cirgues-de-Prades and leads around the Coupe de Jaujac, but not over the ridges. It is classified as a moderately difficult hiking route with a duration of 2 hours and a length of 5.24 km. It descends via a calade to the hamlet of Les Hugoux.
The circular route no. 14, “Les panoramas de Prunet”, also passes through Saint-Cirgues-de-Prades. The “Autour du volcan” route begins and ends at the town hall square (Place de la mairie); its loop is marked with yellow-and-white trail markings.
The Source du Peschier spring can be seen from the route. It is associated with the themes of chestnut groves, fauna and flora, as well as historical and religious heritage. The route also leads to the remains of the Château de Laulagnet.
Geographical location
From Aubenas, take the N102 to Lalevade-d’Ardèche, then the D19 towards Jaujac and, 1 km before Jaujac, the D323 to Saint-Cirgues-de-Prades.
