Culture

The parish church of Buisson is mentioned in a document from the year 1200 under the name Notre-Dame des Bois. The fortifications of Buisson included a fortified gate with a portcullis and a papal coat of arms in red ochre.

The Chapelle Saint-Pierre dates from the 17th century and was restored in 1755. The Chapelle Notre-Dame d’Argelier was rebuilt in 1874 and remains a destination for a pilgrimage tradition to this day.

The 36 km Les villages des Templiers cycle path is designated as a circular cycling route. There are picnic tables along the hike from Buisson through the Bois des Abrigeaux.
