The 1997 sundial of Salérans is located on the façade of the town hall. It displays the municipality’s coat of arms and bears several verses by Arthur Rimbaud.

The bell tower of the Église Saint-André de Salérans has two openings. The southern transept arm was later altered by the addition of a sacristy.

In Salérans, visitors can see a restored former washhouse. Jas Girard was also restored by dedicated participants as part of community work projects. Jas Girard is a former dry-stone shepherd’s hut where an overnight stop may be considered.

Hiking

The Jas Girard hike (No. 3) starts and ends at the town hall of Salérans. The circular hike is 8.1 km long, takes four hours, and is rated “quite difficult”.

The Serre des Ormes route (No. 18) leads around the small summit of Peydés, which reaches an elevation of 1,118 m, and runs exclusively along tracks. This circular hike can be accessed from Laragne-Montéglin via the D 942 heading south and then the D 124.
