Nature

The Pré de Madame Carle is the gateway to Écrins National Park and the starting point for hiking excursions on foot in summer and ski tours in spring. Above the hamlet of Ailefroide, the Chalet-Refuge du Pré de Madame Carle lies at the foot of Mont Pelvoux and the Écrins.
