The Château de Muflet is a medieval building that was remodelled in the late 16th and early 17th centuries and is partially listed as a historic monument; the listing took place on 8 February 2005. Three tower windmills are recorded in Saint-Aubin-du-Plain; a former tower windmill is located near the hamlet of La Borde. Saint-Aubin-du-Plain is also associated with the “La terre et ses métiers” festival.
