Le bois de Fontenalon is a 12.5 km yellow-marked hiking trail that begins at Vasles church square. L’Auxance et le Magot is an 11.2 km yellow-marked hiking trail that begins in the hamlet of La Coursaudière. Also beginning there is La ferme de l’Abbaye, a 12.5 km yellow-marked hiking trail.
Culture
In the 15th century, the Logis de Paulier belonged to the Sainte-Croix de Poitiers Abbey and was owned by the Pidoux family from the 16th to the 18th century. It has been listed as a Monument historique since 1984 and retains a medieval character despite modern alterations.
Active pursuits
The « Les Vallons de Gâtine » mountain biking base was opened with four signposted and secured circular mountain bike routes of 15, 25, 40 and 51 km, starting from the base in Vasles.
