The Château de l'Oisellerie was built in the mid-15th century. It was classified as a Historic Monument by a decree dated 8 July 1911. The château was an outbuilding of the Notre-Dame de la Couronne Abbey.
La Tréfilerie is the new name given in 2024 in connection with the area's industrial past. It houses three independent cultural spaces: a theatre, an exhibition hall and a media library.
The Ecole élémentaire Marie-Curie bears the designation “Remarkable Contemporary Architecture”. Its design combines the geometric forms characteristic of Art Deco with references to regionalist architecture. The Jardin public Eugène Bureau was designed by Eugène Bureau.
Nature
The Chaumes des Séverins are calcareous grasslands classified as a Natura 2000 site. Sheep are used to graze the 14-hectare area in order to preserve the open habitats and prevent excessive scrub encroachment. This allows typical and rare plants, as well as distinctive wildlife including butterflies and grasshoppers, to thrive.
The Marais du Pradeau is a wetland and a testament to the former peat bogs and marshes of the Boëme. 71 plant species and 115 animal species have been recorded there.
