The Manoir de Courtieux was rebuilt in the 16th century. It features a Renaissance façade articulated by pilasters and carved consoles and is flanked by two turrets. Its façades and roofs, as well as the farm buildings bordering the courtyard with cellars, fireplaces, and kitchen wells, were listed as historic monuments by a decree dated 6 October 2003.

The Church of Notre-Dame in Courtieux preserves remains of an earlier building dating from around 1100. At the end of the choir, it has a large Renaissance-style window.

In the vicinity of Courtieux is Château de Villers-Cotterêts. In the wider regional area around Courtieux are Château de Compiègne, the ancient site of Champlieu, and the vanished Palais de Compiègne, a Merovingian palace from the Early Middle Ages (now disappeared).
