Culture

The Église Saint-Nicolas-Sainte-Anne was built in 1868 on the site of a former feudal motte and is Romanesque in inspiration. It followed a long succession of religious buildings that were looted, burned down, fortified, demolished and rebuilt during the conflicts in Thiérache.

Traditions

The Foire aux sabots commemorates the former tradition of clog making in Buironfosse. The Foire aux sabots de Buironfosse takes place on the first Sunday in May and includes rides in donkey-drawn carriages.
