Port-Brillet: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
The long-distance hiking trail GR de Pays “Tour de Marches de Bretagne” passes through Port-Brillet. Its red-and-white markings run through the Bois des Gravelles towards Saint-Pierre-la-Cour.
The Circuit des Forgerons is an approximately one-and-a-half-hour town walk suitable for families. It is aimed at visitors interested in the special history of the town and its architectural features, and conveys Port-Brillet’s industrial heritage based on the foundry.

Culture and history
The Danly Pavilion served as an exhibition pavilion at world fairs at the end of the 19th century. It was restored from 2020 onwards and subsequently installed in the town hall park.
The Wallace Fountain was installed in 1895 near the factory and at the entrance to the street with the workers’ housing. Initially, it served to supply drinking water and at the same time as a showcase for the foundry.
The architecture of the buildings, the urban design and the street names of Port-Brillet give the town a character shaped by its former economic foundry heritage. The Chapelle Milcent is regarded as a symbol of Port-Brillet’s early beginnings and is associated with the establishment of a place of worship in the Vicoin valley by La Roë Abbey.
