The Massereau and Migron nature reserves extend across Frossay and Le Pellerin and cover almost 700 hectares of protected wetlands in the Loire estuary. They attract migratory birds, including Eurasian teal as well as greylag geese and barnacle geese in winter. The reserves are not open for unrestricted visits; however, guided tours organised by the département or its partners are held regularly.

Those who choose Frossay as their destination will want to rent a holiday apartment here.
