Lillers is home to the Collégiale Saint-Omer, a Romanesque church built in the first half of the 12th century. It is the largest Romanesque religious building in the whole of northern France. The church contains a 12th-century Christ “du Saint Sang Miracle”, which is visible in the right bay of the ambulatory.

The Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-la-Miséricorde is a small 18th-century building in the French style. A stained-glass window by the craftsman Delannoy depicts bombs falling on Lillers, as well as recognisable local buildings.
