Nature
The Grand Tour de Lagrave is a 14 km circular route. The loop can be completed on foot or by bicycle and is also suitable for families. Along the route, information boards provide details about the village, the château, the Rivières dam, the vineyard and the local fauna.
The Sainte-Sigolène loop runs along the Saudronne stream and the banks of the Tarn. It reaches a landscaped green area near a bridge with a slipway for launching boats. From there, the silhouette of the château can be seen, and an information board provides details about the river’s wildlife.

Culture
The Musée Toulouse-Lautrec museum, the historic Abbaye Notre-Dame de Candeil site, the Cathédrale Sainte-Cécile cathedral and the Église Sainte-Madeleine church are located near Lagrave. The Jardins du Palais de la Berbie gardens, the Jardin National garden and the Parc de Rochegude park are also in the surrounding area.
The municipality of Lagrave has built a cultural centre housing the medieval museum and the Sainte-Sigolène archaeological crypt; both can be visited.
Troclar lies on the banks of the Tarn and is now part of Lagrave. Archaeological research by Jean Lautier, Marie-Claude and Pierre Cabot confirmed the presence of a monastery, a necropolis and a church with the crypt of Saint Sigolène.
The remains of the Sainte-Sigolène crypt are located at the cemetery; they are classified as a historic monument and can be visited on request.
Cuisine
The Marchés gourmands de Lagrave were held again for their twelfth edition. Musical entertainment is provided throughout the evening. At this event, producers and caterers offer grilled dishes and specialities from various culinary traditions.
