The Church of Saint-Michel houses the largest ensemble of Romanesque sculptures in the Albigeois. Its west portal was created after 1100; the church has been protected as a historic monument since 1883.

Culture and history
The Church of Saint-Pierre was built in the 14th century and served as the chapel of the castle of the Lords of Lescure. It has five side chapels, including the Chapel of the Virgin Mary with the aristocratic burial places. The nave is decorated with neo-Byzantine frescoes created by Nicolas Greschny in 1957. The clock tower is the most important surviving relic of the former fortifications of Lescure-d'Albigeois.
