Saint-Laurent-d'Olt: Churches and the Lot

Other churches also have their own distinctive features: the Romanesque Église d'Estables dates from the 12th century and has numerous figurative, historiated capitals. The Chapelle St Ferréol was built in the 17th century at the foot of the Marijolet on the banks of the Lot. A pilgrimage with a Mass in Occitan takes place there every year. The Château des Hermeaux can be viewed from the outside all year round; it includes a medieval tower.
