The 4-kilometre-long Sentier de la Croix de Boucays begins in Laissac. At the end of the trail, a viewpoint offers views of Laissac.

Culture and History
The Visite libre de Laissac is a 1.6-kilometre circular walk through the town. Its architectural history includes the Église Saint Félix de Laissac and the Chapelle Notre-Dame-de-Pitié – La Capelette: the church was built from Causse stone between 1878 and 1880 on the site of the former church, while the chapel in Laissac was built in 1860.
The Street Art Tour du Laissagais takes visitors on a walk through Laissac, where they can discover the story of Pomme and Germain.
Market and Local Life
The Marché aux Bestiaux de Laissac takes place every Tuesday morning throughout the year. Guided tours include a 17-minute introductory film about how the market operates. The cattle market is viewed from a footbridge above the animals; the visit also includes seeing the sheep market up close, alongside the animals.
In July and August, the Grotte du Clos del Pous can be visited on a guided tour.
Since 2016, Laissac has held the Village Étape label. The town was the first village in the Aveyron département to receive this label and is suitable for a stop on the RN 88.
