Almont-Les-Junies: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

Estofinado is a culinary speciality of Almont-les-Junies; in the 1990s, the village was recognised as the “capital of Estofinado”. The traditional dish from Aveyron is prepared with potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, walnut oil, crème fraîche and stockfish.
The Soirée Stockfish is regarded as a dance dinner centred around stockfish, held annually on the first Saturday in March. The 37th edition was announced for 1 March 2025, with around 500 guests expected.

Les ânes de Monédies has a donkey-drawn Randoline intended for hikes by people with reduced mobility. Private circular walks are also offered there, during which guests travel alone with their donkey.
