Culture

The façades and roofs of the residential building and outbuildings, the chapel, the press house with its cellar and the press located inside it, as well as the park and garden, including the garden factory and greenhouse of the Château d’Adoménil, were listed as a historic monument by decree of 28 May 2015.

After the Thirty Years’ War, the château and its farm were all that remained of Adoménil. The Château d’Adoménil is said to have been built by Mathieu de la Haye from 1617 onwards.
