The Le Pain de Sucre area comprises semi-dry Central European grasslands with Bromus erectus, hedgerows and small anthropogenic deciduous woodlands.
Fourteen notable species have been recorded in the Le Pain de Sucre area, including Laser trilobé (Laser trilobum) and the sand lizard (Lacerta agilis).
Paths
The Voie verte de l’Amezule runs through Dommartin-sous-Amance. It has a smooth asphalt surface suitable for rollerblading and can be used on foot or by bicycle.
