In Valcebollère, the Chemin de la Retirada is a memorial trail with six information panels leading to Spanish boundary stone 505. It traces the flight of Spanish refugees.

Hiking
Valcebollère is a starting point for numerous walks and hikes. From here, there are views over the Cerdagne Valley.
The PR 98 – Col de Queralps hike is a 14.2-kilometre, 6-hour-45-minute, very difficult circular hike in Valcebollère. It leads to boundary stone 506 and offers a panorama of Cerdagne and Spain. GPX and KML files are available for this hike for export to a GPS device or another navigation device.
Nordic walking route no. 2, “El camino de San Bernabé”, begins in Valcebollère and can be extended as far as the San Barnabe Chapel.
3 “Discover the slate quarries” leads to the foot of old slate quarries. The slate extracted there was used for the village houses and for roofs throughout Cerdagne.
Remains of the former extraction sites can still be seen along the slate quarry hiking trail, including shelters used by slate workers and terraces covered with slate fragments.
Culture and History
The Église Saint-Félix has been mentioned since the 13th century and was consecrated in 1219. The single-nave building has slate walls and roofing.
