History and culture
The Château de Corneilla dates back to the 13th century. It offers views of Mont Canigou to the west. Today, it is privately owned.
The Notre Dame du Paradis hermitage stands near the village on the Greenway along the Agouille de la Mar.
The present-day church in Corneilla-del-Vercol dates from 1885. Above the apse, the church has five stained-glass windows, while the walls of the nave feature 14 elements of a Stations of the Cross.
