Culture

Fort-les-Bains is a 17th-century fort in Amélie-les-Bains-Palalda. It was built between 1670 and 1674 and classified as a historic monument on 18 December 1909.

The Romanesque Église Saint-Martin de Palalda was first mentioned in 967. The present building dates from the 13th century and houses two altarpieces protected as historic monuments: the Saint Martin altarpiece from 1661 and the Christ altarpiece from the beginning of the 18th century.
