Culture and History
Murviel-lès-Béziers has a remarkable Languedoc circulade. The local cultural heritage also includes the Pététas: life-size dolls made of fabric and straw that emerged from collective memory and shared creativity. From the end of the harvest until the beginning of the grape harvest, they are displayed at numerous locations in the streets and in the circulade of Murviel-lès-Béziers.
The historic site of Cathédrale Saint-Nazaire et Saint-Celse is located in the vicinity of Murviel-lès-Béziers. Further afield in the region are the historic site of Abbaye Notre Dame, the ruins of Grange de Fontcalvy, and the abbey church of Saint-Thibéry.

Nature and Hiking
The mountain Pic de la Coquillade is located in the vicinity of Murviel-lès-Béziers. Further afield in the region are the mountains La Grage and Mont Caroux, as well as the summit of Roc Gros.
The Pech Belet hike is a 3.5-kilometre, very easy circular route lasting 1 hour 30 minutes, with 70 metres of ascent and descent respectively. It leads through the garrigue and offers wide views over the Béziers plain and the foothills of the avant-monts. The route leads to information boards with a 360-degree viewpoint.
Wine
Domaine Galtier is a wine estate whose buildings date from the 18th century. The tasting room welcomes visitors during the estate's tours and events; wine tastings can be organised there.
From mid-June to mid-September, Domaine Galtier offers walks through the vineyards with visits to Capitelles and explanations of the garrigue flora. This is followed by a tour of the estate's buildings and a wine tasting.
