The Pont-Vieux, also known as the “Pont Romain”, is a humpback bridge with three arches of different sizes and is located on the former road from Carcassonne to Lagrasse. By decree of 17 February 1926, the Pont-Vieux was listed as a historic monument. In 1961, the Pont Vieux served as the setting for the drowning scene in André Hunebelle’s film “Le Miracle des loups”.
