The Church of Saint-Germain l’Auxerrois in Gazeran appears to date from the final years of the 11th century. It was extended in the 11th and 16th centuries; its bell tower dates from the 13th century. It contains 16th-century stained-glass windows depicting scenes from the life of Moses, as well as religious medallions. On 19 October 1965, the church was added to the supplementary inventory of historic monuments and sites.
Seven of the fourteen coat-of-arms boundary stones in this network are located in the Bois de la Pommeraie in Gazeran. It marked the former lordship of Gazeran and the former Prêtrière of Malmaison; the boundary stones were gradually installed between the 15th and 17th centuries.
Sections of the ramparts and a square gate tower with a portcullis dating from the 12th century remain from the former fortress of Gazeran. The washhouse is an 18th- or 19th-century structure with a basin. The Château de Guéville is located on the heights of Gazeran, is privately owned and cannot be visited.

Nature
The northwest and south of Gazeran feature woodland and woodland-edge landscapes, as well as the Guéville Valley. Gazeran is associated with a Natura 2000 site designated as a Special Protection Area for birds, as well as with type 1 and type 2 ZNIEFF areas.

The Haras de la Clairière in Gazeran is at once a pony club, riding centre, boarding stable and training centre, and offers horse riding. For children, it has a suitable selection of horses comprising 14 Shetland ponies and large ponies.
