Nature and Trails
The Voie Lamarque offers an almost 2-kilometre promenade from the banks of the Marne to the vicinity of the Parc des Coteaux d’Avron. Between the RER station and Rue Faidherbe, it also includes a walking trail for blind and visually impaired people. The Voie Lamarque is a former railway line that connected the gypsum quarries of the Plateau d’Avron with the Marne.
The Parc des Coteaux d’Avron has separate pedestrian and cycle paths. Along the Marne, the Promenade André Devambez also has separate, illuminated cycle paths and footpaths.
The Chemin de Montgomery is primarily accessible to pedestrians and joggers. It provides a direct connection between the Bois de Neuilly Les Cahouettes and the Parc des Coteaux d’Avron.
