Nature
More than one third of Le Mée-sur-Seine’s area consists of natural spaces. The town is laid out around the ten-hectare Parc de Meckenheim. Culture
The Church of Notre-Dame de la Nativité was completed in 1889 on the foundations of an earlier church built in 1771. Several works by Henri Chapu, a sculptor born in Le Mée-sur-Seine, make up the main part of the high altar. The church also houses an organ by Henri Didier from Épinal, built in 1900.
The Henri-Chapu Museum preserves works that Henri Chapu donated to his home town of Le Mée-sur-Seine during his lifetime. It presents drawings, models and casts by the sculptor Henri Chapu (1833–1891), who won the Prix de Rome in 1855.
