Ormoy is home to Parc de Chateaubourg, which was designed as a safe place for children to play. The Essonne River runs through the park, and five wooden oak footbridges are wide enough to allow access for people with reduced mobility. Parc de Chateaubourg is also planted with bald cypress trees. Hiking websites covering Île-de-France describe it as a charming place for walks.

Culture
The Église Saint-Jacques in Ormoy houses the protected statue “Saint Jean”. It is made of carved, painted and polychrome-decorated wood; traces of the polychromy have been preserved. The statue is protected as movable cultural heritage and was placed under protection as an object on 24 November 1993. A project also envisages the restoration of the eastern and northern façades of the Église Saint-Jacques. This includes renewing the three northern bays of the eastern façade and the entire northern main portal.
The Moulin des Rayères is a grain mill that remained in operation until the 19th century.
The wider region around Ormoy contains several places with different classifications: Château de Brevannes and Château de Courquetaine are châteaux, while Château de Choisy-Le-Roi is a historical site. The Caverne des Brigands is a cave, Château de Vignay is a château, Mont Pivot is a hill, and Parc Montsouris is a park.
