Culture and History
The portal of the Église de Lénizeul was listed as a historic monument by decree of 10 April 1929. The Circuit des Lavoirs introduces visitors to historic water sources that supplied the villagers with water in past centuries. The route also leads to rural heritage buildings restored in 2003 and follows in the footsteps of the Flammarion brothers.
Nature and Trails

The Parc du Chesnoy in Montigny-le-Roi is open to the public. Giant sequoias grow there; the park also has paths, illuminated avenues, lawns and flowerbeds.
Regional Tradition
The Foire Agricole in Montigny-le-Roi is a traditional agricultural fair that is now more than one hundred years old and is organized by the Fédération des Eleveurs du Bassigny. It includes a competition featuring Simmental cattle and Ardennes horses. Every year, the Foire Agricole attracts several thousand visitors.
