Nogent: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

The Musée de la Coutellerie in Nogent presents 700 items from Nogent’s knife-making heritage, which are displayed alternately in the showcases. Since 2 August 2002, the museum has held the designation “Musée de France” and presents the seven major areas of knife-making.

Côte Gueudin is a shady nature park on a slope south of the town of Nogent.

History

The Circuit Découverte through the town centre leads through Nogent’s natural, architectural and metallurgical heritage, preserved over the centuries.

The Église de Nogent-le-Bas has been protected as a historic monument by decree dated 13 February 1928. The Saint-Jean Church was rebuilt in the neo-Gothic style in 1863.

At the Château-Tour d'Angle, the surviving corner tower was rebuilt at the end of the 19th century. Today, only the ruins of the former fortifications remain at the site.
