The Saint-Vincent-de-Paul Church is a late-19th-century complex in the Neo-Gothic style, created by the Vincent-Larcher and Vincent-Feste brothers from Troyes. The building includes the 19th-century stained-glass windows created by Vincent Feste, as well as a contemporary stained-glass window by Cécile Boël from 2012. At 71 rue Jean Rostand, there is also a stone and metal wayside cross. Bréviandes' war memorial for the First World War depicts a helmeted Poilu holding a flag on a square column.

Nature

The Hozain is one of the three tributaries of the Seine that flow through Bréviandes. The washhouse at Impasse de la Source is accessible below the road. A partly open ditch carrying spring water feeds its rectangular basin; the water flows through the washing channel and reaches the Hozain a few metres further on.

History

The Maladrerie des Deux-Eaux, also known as Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Lazare, was established in the 12th century in the area of Bréviandes as a refuge for plague victims and demolished in 1733. The ancient Roman road linking Troyes with Vertault also ran through Bréviandes.
